Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup m&m’s
- 1/2 cup nutella (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin with grease.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, stir to combine thoroughly.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until combined.
- Fold in the M&M’s to the dough until they are evenly distributed.
- Scoop the dough into the muffin tin and press lightly into shape.
- Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Immediately press down in the center of each cookie to create a cup shape.
- While still warm, fill each cup with Nutella.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before gently removing from the tin.
