- 1 box brownie mix
- ¼ c water
- ¼ c vegetable oil
- 1 large egg + 1 yolk
- 2 bananas mashed
- 2 c bacon chopped
- ½ cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Fry the chopped bacon until crispy.
- Separate the bacon into two portions: 1 ½ cups and ½ cup.
- In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and mashed bananas until well combined.
- Fold in 1 ½ cups of the fried bacon and the peanut butter chips into the batter until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Top the batter with the remaining ½ cup of fried bacon.
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Once baked, let the brownies cool on a wire rack before cutting them and serving.
