  • ¼ c vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg + 1 yolk
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 2 c bacon chopped
  • ½ cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a baking pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Fry the chopped bacon until crispy.
  4. Separate the bacon into two portions: 1 ½ cups and ½ cup.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and mashed bananas until well combined.
  6. Fold in 1 ½ cups of the fried bacon and the peanut butter chips into the batter until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  8. Top the batter with the remaining ½ cup of fried bacon.
  9. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
