- 3½ ounces watermelon juice or watermelon puree
- 2 ounces club soda

Instructions
- Combine the hot water and sugar in a bowl, stirring until dissolved.
- In a glass, add the mint leaves and the sugar mixture, then muddle them together until the mint is crushed.
- Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the rum, lime juice, and watermelon juice.
- Add the club soda and gently stir the mixture to combine all the ingredients.
- Garnish with lime wedges, watermelon slices, and mint sprigs as desired, then enjoy.
