Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped broccoli
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • bread and/or tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning using an electric mixer.
  2. Reserve about 1 1/2 cups of the chopped vegetables. Mix the remaining vegetables and cheddar cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Transfer the combined mixture to a large shallow bowl and top with the reserved vegetables.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until you're ready to serve.
  5. Serve alongside bread and/or tortilla chips.
