- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 3/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 3/4 cup finely chopped cauliflower
- 3/4 cup finely chopped broccoli
- 3/4 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- bread and/or tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning using an electric mixer.
- Reserve about 1 1/2 cups of the chopped vegetables. Mix the remaining vegetables and cheddar cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer the combined mixture to a large shallow bowl and top with the reserved vegetables.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until you're ready to serve.
- Serve alongside bread and/or tortilla chips.
