- 1 1/4 cups dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, sugar, canola oil, oat milk, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until no clumps remain.
- Incorporate the dairy-free chocolate chips into the flour mixture.
- Cover and chill the dough for 1 to 3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350 ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 1 inch apart to allow for spreading.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes until the edges are lightly browned and centers are fudgy.
