  • 1 cup (225g) of fat free greek yoghurt
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • ¾ tablespoon of dried dill
  • ½ english cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber into thin batons.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and cucumber (set aside a little cucumber for garnish).
  3. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the dip and add the reserved cucumber as garnish.
  5. Serve the dip and enjoy!
