- 1 cup (225g) of fat free greek yoghurt
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- ¾ tablespoon of dried dill
- ½ english cucumber
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
- salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber into thin batons.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and cucumber (set aside a little cucumber for garnish).
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the dip and add the reserved cucumber as garnish.
- Serve the dip and enjoy!

For a milder flavor, use just half the garlic.
