Ingredients

  • 350g (12.3oz) of lean frozen beef meatballs
  • 1 onion, quartered and sliced thinly
  • 125g (4.4oz) of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 500ml (2 cups) of beef stock (i use better than bouillon paste)
  • 3 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons of granulated sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Add the meatballs, onion, mushrooms, and garlic to the slow cooker.
  2. Combine all the other ingredients and mix well, then pour into the slow cooker, covering the meatballs.
  3. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
  4. Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
