  • 18 ounce bottle of barbecue sauce i used baby ray’s original
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast

Instructions

  1. Set your crockpot to low and add the chicken breast.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and toss to coat thoroughly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds.
