Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar; press into a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes, then allow it to cool.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then incorporate the sugar and mix thoroughly.
  5. Add eggs individually, mixing gently after each addition.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream until fully blended.
  7. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the surface.
  8. Bake for 50–60 minutes until the center is slightly set.
  9. Cool gradually, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Mix the toasted coconut with the caramel sauce and spread it over the cheesecake.
  11. Drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving.
