Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar; press into a springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes, then allow it to cool.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then incorporate the sugar and mix thoroughly.
- Add eggs individually, mixing gently after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream until fully blended.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the surface.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until the center is slightly set.
- Cool gradually, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Mix the toasted coconut with the caramel sauce and spread it over the cheesecake.
- Drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving.
