Potsticker Stir Fry is a delightful combination of crispy potstickers and fresh vegetables, all coated in a savory sauce. It’s a quick and healthy meal option perfect for any busy night.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen chicken or vegetable potstickers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
  2. Place the frozen potstickers flat-side down and cook undisturbed until golden and crisp on the bottoms.
  3. Carefully add a splash of water to the pan and cover immediately to steam the potstickers until tender.
  4. Once cooked, remove the lid and let any remaining water evaporate before transferring potstickers to a plate.
  5. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and toss in the mixed vegetables, stir-frying until they are bright and crisp.
  6. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant, filling the kitchen with a wonderful aroma.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey, cornstarch, and water.
  8. Pour the sauce into the pan with the vegetables, stirring until it thickens and coats everything evenly.
  9. Return the potstickers to the pan, gently tossing everything together to soak up the sauce.
  10. Finish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.
