- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp minced fresh garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 ½ tsp dried parsley (or 1 1/2 tbsp minced fresh parsley)
- 1 pork tenderloin 1 to 1 1/2 lb, silver skin removed
- 2 tbsp neutral oil for searing
Instructions
- In a medium bowl or measuring jug, whisk together all marinade ingredients until fully combined.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a gallon-sized resealable bag.
- Pour the marinade over the pork and seal the bag, pressing out excess air.
- Turn the bag to coat the pork thoroughly in the marinade.
- Refrigerate the marinated pork for at least 2 hours, but for best flavor, marinate for 8 to 12 hours.
