- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, half of the mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until creamy and mixed well.
- Spread the cheese mixture into a greased baking dish. Pour pizza sauce over the top and smooth it out.
- Sprinkle cooked ground beef, followed by bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives on top of the sauce.
- Finish by adding the remaining mozzarella cheese, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling with golden edges.
- Allow the bake to rest for a few minutes before serving.
