- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency if necessary.
- In a separate container, blend blackberries until smooth to create a puree.
- If desired, strain the blackberry puree to remove any seeds.
- Pour the blackberry puree into the bottom of your serving glass.
- Gently pour the pineapple-coconut mixture over the blackberry puree to create a layered effect.
- If you wish, swirl the layers gently for added presentation or leave them separated.
- Garnish with pineapple slices or additional berries, then serve immediately.
