Instructions
- Cut each bacon slice into thirds.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each sausage slice, securing it with a toothpick.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños until combined.
- Fill each bacon-wrapped sausage cup with the cheese mixture, mounding it slightly above the rim.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over the filled cups.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange the pig shots in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 390°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
- Gently remove the pig shots from the air fryer and serve with BBQ sauce.
