- Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread this over the peanut butter layer once thickened.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping, creating a soft layer. Sprinkle chocolate and peanut butter chips for added texture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow layers to set and flavors to meld.
