Instructions

- Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down, and sear for 3–4 minutes until the skin is golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook the salmon for an additional 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and add minced garlic, lemon juice, and fresh herbs on top of the salmon.
- Serve immediately while hot.
