  • 40 cookies Oreo cookies Family size pack; Regular, Double Stuf or Gluten-Free
  • ¼½ cup butter unsalted or salted
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 24 tablespoons powdered sugar to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese regular or Neufchâtel, room temperature
  • ¼½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 3.9 ounce packages instant chocolate pudding
  • 3¼ cups milk Cold, any % should work

Instructions

  1. Pour heavy whipping cream into a bowl and attach the whisk attachment of a stand mixer.
  2. Beat the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar while the mixer runs on low until combined.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and continue whipping on medium-high until stiff peaks form.
  5. Store the whipped cream in the fridge until ready to use, ideally within 30-60 minutes.
