- 40 cookies Oreo cookies Family size pack; Regular, Double Stuf or Gluten-Free
- ¼ – ½ cup butter unsalted or salted
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 – 4 tablespoons powdered sugar to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese regular or Neufchâtel, room temperature
- ¼ – ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 3.9 ounce packages instant chocolate pudding
- 3¼ cups milk Cold, any % should work
Instructions
- Pour heavy whipping cream into a bowl and attach the whisk attachment of a stand mixer.
- Beat the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add powdered sugar while the mixer runs on low until combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and continue whipping on medium-high until stiff peaks form.
- Store the whipped cream in the fridge until ready to use, ideally within 30-60 minutes.

For a thicker layer, add ½ to 1 cup more whipping cream to your mixture.
