Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add the shredded chicken and sliced chicken sausage, stirring to combine.
- Pour in the cream-based soup and milk, mixing well.
- Stir in half of the Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
