- 1/2 pound deli sliced ham

Instructions
- Preheat a mini waffle maker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, combine the milk, oil, and eggs; beat the eggs in.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Make the waffles according to the waffle maker instructions.
- Pour milk into a shallow dish, then add the eggs and Dijon; beat to combine.
- Assemble the sandwiches by spreading 1 tablespoon of jam on each waffle, adding cheese, turkey, and ham, then topping with remaining cheese and waffles with jam side down.
- Heat a skillet and melt the butter. Dip the sandwich in the milk and egg batter, coating both sides, then place in the hot pan.
- Cook the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese melts, covering with a lid if necessary, then flip and cook the other side.
- If needed, use remaining butter to finish cooking any sandwich not made at once.
- Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
