Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. chicken breasts
  • 1 oz. ranch seasoning packet
  • 1 oz. au jus gravy mix packet
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 8 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in an even layer on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning on top of the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the stick of butter in the middle of the slow cooker.
  5. Evenly top with pepperoncini peppers.
  6. Cook on LOW for 6 hours, or on HIGH for 3-4 hours if pressed for time.
  7. After cooking, use two forks to shred the chicken, then serve.
