Mini Oreo Cheesecakes bring a delightful twist to classic desserts. With cream cheese, whipped cream, and crunchy Oreos, these treats are simple to make and ideal for any gathering, ensuring everyone enjoys a satisfying and sweet bite.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 bag oreo minis
  • whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a mixer until well combined.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a stand mixer until soft peaks form, about 3-6 minutes. Carefully fold the heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Crush about half of the Oreos. Use a food processor or put them in a ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  4. Stir about â…“ of the crushed Oreos into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a baggie or a piping bag, then cut off the tip. Make sure the opening is large enough so the Oreo crumbs can fit through.
  6. Pipe the mixture into 8 small dessert cups or cordial glasses, filling them about halfway.
  7. Add a layer of Oreo crumbs to each cup. Pipe another layer of cream cheese on top, filling the cups almost to the top. Add a second layer of Oreo crumbs if you want to.
  8. When you are ready to serve, top each cheesecake with whipped cream and a mini Oreo.
