Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup crushed stove top stuffing dry mix
  • 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 3 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons slap ya mama seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 6 potatoes peeled, cubed
  • ¼ cup stick of butter
  • ¾ cup evaporated milk
  • 4 ounce cream cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground turkey, eggs, and stuffing mix.
  3. Add in barbecue sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, granulated garlic, black pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into mini loaves and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top of each mini meatloaf and drizzle with barbecue sauce and ketchup.
  6. In a separate pot, boil the cubed potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, evaporated milk, cream cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve mashed potatoes alongside the meatloaf, garnished if desired.
