- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup crushed stove top stuffing dry mix
- 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 3 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons slap ya mama seasoning
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- 6 potatoes peeled, cubed
- ¼ cup stick of butter
- ¾ cup evaporated milk
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground turkey, eggs, and stuffing mix.
- Add in barbecue sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, granulated garlic, black pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into mini loaves and place them in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over the top of each mini meatloaf and drizzle with barbecue sauce and ketchup.
- In a separate pot, boil the cubed potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, evaporated milk, cream cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve mashed potatoes alongside the meatloaf, garnished if desired.
