Ingredients
Scale
- 1 milky way candy bar, coarsely chopped
- caramel sauce, for drizzle
- 20 oreo cookies
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- (2) 8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 5 ounce evaporated milk
- 3.25 ounce milky way instant pudding mix (bought at walmart)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 7×11 baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, ensuring there's overhang on both ends for easy removal.
- Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with the melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in the sugar, followed by the evaporated milk and Milky Way pudding mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the ½ cup of heavy cream until it is incorporated. Pour this mixture over the Oreo crust in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the chopped Milky Way candy bar on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream with the 2 tablespoons of sugar and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Spread this whipped cream over the dessert and drizzle with caramel sauce.
