  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 4 ounces topo chico sparkling mineral water, chilled
  • 1 lime wedge

Instructions

  1. If desired, prepare a salted glass rim by filling a shallow plate with coarse salt. Run the lime wedge around the glass rim and dip it into the salt.
  2. Fill the glass halfway with ice. pour in the lime juice, orange juice, and agave syrup. Stir vigorously for 20 seconds to chill the mixture.
  3. Top with Topo Chico sparkling mineral water and stir briefly to combine, ensuring not to break the bubbles.
  4. Squeeze the lime wedge over the drink and add it to the glass. Enjoy your Margarita Mocktail!
