- 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 4 ounces topo chico sparkling mineral water, chilled
- 1 lime wedge
Instructions
- If desired, prepare a salted glass rim by filling a shallow plate with coarse salt. Run the lime wedge around the glass rim and dip it into the salt.
- Fill the glass halfway with ice. pour in the lime juice, orange juice, and agave syrup. Stir vigorously for 20 seconds to chill the mixture.
- Top with Topo Chico sparkling mineral water and stir briefly to combine, ensuring not to break the bubbles.
- Squeeze the lime wedge over the drink and add it to the glass. Enjoy your Margarita Mocktail!
