- Bake the crust for 10–12 minutes until it turns lightly golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks until smooth.
- Carefully pour the lime filling into the baked crusts, distributing evenly.
- Return the tarts to the oven and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until the centers are only slightly set.
- Allow the tarts to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
