Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into a baking dish to form a crust, then bake for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.
- Beat the cream cheese with sugar until the mixture is smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping and spread it evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
- In another bowl, dissolve the lemon gelatin in hot water, stirring well, and let it cool to room temperature.
- Carefully pour the cooled lemon mixture over the cream layer, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours or until it is completely set. Once set, slice and serve chilled.
