  5. Pour the mixture into ramekins or decorative serving glasses.
  6. Refrigerate for about 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
  7. To unmold, run a thin knife along the edge of the ramekin, invert onto a small plate, and shake gently to release.
  8. Serve garnished with whipped cream, fruit syrup, or fruit as desired.
