Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat or a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Heat gently, stirring until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in fresh lemon juice and lemon zest until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  6. Tap the pan lightly to remove air bubbles.
  7. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until fully set.
  8. Lift the fudge out using parchment paper and cut into small squares before serving.
