  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Lightly dredge the chicken in flour for a delicate crust.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the chicken, cooking for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Remove the cooked chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
  7. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes, then return the chicken to the skillet.
  8. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and simmer together for another few minutes.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and lemon slices before serving.
