- 100g (3.5oz) reduced fat soured cream
- 100g (3.5oz) of fresh pineapple, diced small
- 3 spring onions chopped
- 2 teaspoons of maple syrup or honey
- 3–4 tablespoons of pickled jalapenos, diced small
- salt and pepper
- little pineapple juice to loosen
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and soured cream until smooth and well mixed.
- Incorporate the diced pineapple, chopped spring onions, diced jalapenos, and maple syrup. Mix until combined. Add a small amount of pineapple juice to achieve your desired dip consistency.
- Taste the mixture and season with salt and black pepper as needed.
- Refrigerate the dip until you are ready to serve.
- Serve with your favorite dipping items.
