Instructions
- Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
- Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and bell peppers into small, even pieces.
- Slice the cooked chicken sausage if using.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Add all the chopped ingredients into a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad gradually.
- Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
