  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • juice from 2 large limes, about ¼ cup

  1. In a medium bowl, combine smoked paprika, chili powder, granulated garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, Mexican oregano, dried minced onion, salt, black pepper, honey, and vegetable oil, whisking until smooth.
  2. Butterfly the chicken breasts and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to 350°F.
