These High-Protein Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries are not only packed with flavor but are also easy to prepare. Featuring fresh strawberries filled with a creamy mixture of yogurt, cream cheese, and protein powder, they provide a deliciously healthy option for snacks or desserts.

  • Total Time: 50 minutes
  • Yield: 24 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, washed and patted dry (about 24 large strawberries)
  • ½ cup plain full-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • Crushed graham crackers, for serving – I used Simple Mills sweet thins

Instructions

  1. Cut the tops off the strawberries and trim a small sliver off the bottom for stability.
  2. Hollow out the center of each strawberry using a small spoon or knife and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese; whip until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the vanilla whey protein powder until fully combined.
  5. Use a piping bag to fill each hollowed strawberry with the cheesecake mixture, or spoon it in if preferred.
  6. Top the filled strawberries with crushed graham crackers and refrigerate until serving.
