- Add ground turkey, breaking apart as it cooks until it turns golden. Season with paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Incorporate chopped zucchini, bell peppers, and broccoli into the cooked turkey, mixing well.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 5–7 minutes until vegetables soften but retain crunch.
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice before serving to brighten flavors.
