- 3–4 tbsp ice water
- 3–4 peaches
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Prepare the dough and refrigerate it until firm.
- Combine the peach filling ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll out the dough and place the peach mixture in the center.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to create a galette shape.
- Apply an egg wash over the crust for a golden finish.
- Grill the galette for 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool before serving.
