Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs steak cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp salted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat the steak dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the steak in a single layer; do this in batches if needed. Cook for 2-3 minutes without moving them to achieve a nice sear. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then toss to brown all sides before transferring to a plate.
- Lower the heat to low-medium and melt the butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, then remove from heat.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic butter. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
