Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the steak in a single layer; do this in batches if needed. Cook for 2-3 minutes without moving them to achieve a nice sear. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then toss to brown all sides before transferring to a plate.
  3. Lower the heat to low-medium and melt the butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, then remove from heat.
  4. Return the steak bites to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic butter. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
