  • 1 lb calamari, cleaned and sliced into rings

Instructions

  1. Clean and rinse the calamari, then slice into rings if necessary.
  2. Boil lightly salted water and cook the calamari for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Transfer calamari to ice water, then drain and set aside.
  4. Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
  5. Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and bell peppers evenly.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  7. Combine the vegetables and calamari in a large bowl.
  8. Gradually pour the dressing over the salad.
