- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 1 1-pound loaf French bread
- 6 oz diced ham
- 8 oz bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 oz shredded parmesan cheese
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl, combine the pizza sauce and BBQ sauce, then set aside.
- Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and place each half on the baking sheet, cut side up.
- Spread half of the sauce mixture on each half of the bread.
- Layer the diced ham, bacon, and pineapple evenly over each half of the bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, followed by parmesan cheese, over the toppings.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
- Add fresh cilantro on top before cutting into slices and serving.
