  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce
  • 1 1-pound loaf French bread
  • 6 oz diced ham
  • 8 oz bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 oz shredded parmesan cheese
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the pizza sauce and BBQ sauce, then set aside.
  3. Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and place each half on the baking sheet, cut side up.
  4. Spread half of the sauce mixture on each half of the bread.
  5. Layer the diced ham, bacon, and pineapple evenly over each half of the bread.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, followed by parmesan cheese, over the toppings.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
  8. Add fresh cilantro on top before cutting into slices and serving.
