Instructions
- Place the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to brown and smell nutty, about 7 minutes. Let it cool while preparing the other ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin pan with nonstick baking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, almond flour, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the egg whites, vanilla extract, almond extract, and cooled brown butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined, noting the dough will be thick.
