Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Drain any excess grease.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, and beef mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly and topping with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
