Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the cucumbers and tomatoes, thinly slicing the cucumbers and onion and cutting the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, dill, and garlic powder.
  4. Season the dressing with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and tomato mixture.
  6. Gently toss until all the vegetables are coated in the creamy dressing.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
