- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the cucumbers and tomatoes, thinly slicing the cucumbers and onion and cutting the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, dill, and garlic powder.
- Season the dressing with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber and tomato mixture.
- Gently toss until all the vegetables are coated in the creamy dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Give the salad another gentle toss and serve cold.
