- 1 cup ranch or bbq dressing
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and allow it to cool.
- Chop the vegetables as needed and prepare all ingredients.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooled pasta, black beans, corn, chopped vegetables, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the ranch or BBQ dressing, and stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve the salad chilled.
