  • 8 oz pasta of choice

Instructions

  3. Drain the pasta, reserving a little pasta water.
  4. Return the pasta to the pot, pour the sauce over it, and stir gently, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Serve immediately, topped with extra parmesan if desired.
