- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup turkey ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Toss the cut fries in olive oil until lightly coated.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
- While the fries are baking, cook the diced turkey ham in a skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.
- After the fries are done, transfer them to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, then top with turkey ham.
- Return to the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve immediately with ranch dressing.
