  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 16 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 oz white chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 2 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • White chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
  5. Stir in the sour cream and whole milk, blending until smooth.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined; fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 310 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting by beating together the softened butter, cream cheese, and vanilla extract.
  9. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until creamy. Fold in the melted white chocolate.
  10. Once the cake is cooled, spread the frosting over the top and sprinkle with crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate shavings.
