Instructions
- Heat-treat the flour and let it cool.
- Cream the softened butter and sugars together until smooth.
- Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the heat-treated flour and salt.
- Fold in the chocolate chips to incorporate evenly.
- Serve as is, or chill in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
