Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and brown sugar, and mix well.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Mix until fully combined and smooth.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite dippers and enjoy.
