- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until just blended.
- Fold in the diced strawberries and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the muffins to cool slightly before serving.
