Instructions
- Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and combine them with melted butter.
- Firmly press the mixture into a 9×13-inch dish to create the crust. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then gently fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- In another bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until it thickens.
- Spread the pudding layer evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping to finish the dessert.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed cookies if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight before serving.
