- Add cornflakes to the mixture and mix well until they are fully coated.
- Using a big ice cream or cookie scoop, drop about ¼ cup of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle sea salt or festive sprinkles on top for special occasions.
- Allow the cookies to harden for about 2 hours. Once set, transfer to an airtight container where they can be stored for up to 2 weeks.
